We are the flexible choice…

We know how difficult it is for the group organiser; so don’t worry if you are unsure of the final number of your group when you make your reservation. Just give us your best estimate at the point of deposit and the final number at the point of final payment.


Step 1


Telephone the office to discuss package options and check the availability for your date of travel.


Step 2


A Deposit of one person’s payment in full will hold your booking. So if your package price is £150 then your deposit for the whole group is £150. Payments can be made using Credit Card, Debit Card, Switch or Cheque. A 2.5% charge will apply to credit card payments. No charge will apply to payments made by Debit cards, Switch or Cheque. On receipt of your deposit we will send you a Letter of Confirmation that details your booking and includes a request for the balance to be paid four weeks prior to the event. If your numbers change we simply amend the outstanding balance accordingly. No risk to you as there is no ‘per person’ deposit.


Step 3


Contact the office with details of the final number in your party and we will confirm the final balance. After receipt of Full Payment we will send you your Weekend Pack that will include your full itinerary, activity details, tickets and maps & directions.


Last Minute Bookings


If you have left it to the last minute or have been let down by another company, we are always ready to help. Please don’t hesitate to call for late availability.


Insurance


We are able to provide insurance cover specially designed for Activity & Leisure Break Holidays. We strongly recommend that you take out Personal Insurance. Our policy provides the following benefits per person –
